USTR Announces El Salvador Eligible for Retroactive Duty Treatment Under DR-CAFTA

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a determination that El Salvador qualifies for retroactive duty treatment under the terms of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement, following a review of the country's eligibility under the agreement's implementation act.
