USITC Investigates InterVideo for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has received a complaint alleging that InterVideo Digital Technology Corporation of Taiwan has infringed on U.S. Patent No. 6,765,788, which covers personal computer/consumer electronic convergent devices, components, and products. The complainant is seeking a permanent limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
