The Economic Effects of Significant U.S. Import Restraints: Fifth Update

The U.S. Commission has announced a schedule for its Fifth update report on significant U.S. import restraints, with deadlines for requests to appear at a hearing and written submissions. The investigation was initiated by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative in May 1992, following a request under the Tariff Act of 1930.
