Notice of Investigation into Alleged Patent Infringement of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Amgen Inc. regarding alleged patent infringement by companies importing products containing recombinant human erythropoietin into the United States. Amgen is seeking a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
