U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into German Company's Endoscopic Probe Allegations

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into ERBE Elektromedizin GmbH and ERBE USA, Inc. following a complaint filed on April 10, 2006, alleging infringement of U.S. Patent No. 5,720,745 and U.S. Supplemental Trademark Registration No. 2,637,630, and seeking permanent exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
