US Commission Schedules Expedited Review of China's Fresh Garlic Tariff

The US Commission is reviewing whether revoking the antidumping duty on fresh garlic from China would lead to continued material injury, and will consider the rules and procedures outlined in the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.
