U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation into Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that found no violation of Section 337 in an investigation into pharmaceutical compositions containing recombinant human erythropoietin, effectively ending the investigation.
