USPTO Requests Comments on Revised Patent Examination Guidelines

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued interim examination guidelines for patent applications to determine patent subject matter eligibility, and is seeking public comments on these revised guidelines, with a deadline of July 31, 2006.
