Oregon State Plan; Approval of Plan Supplement; Change in Level of Federal Enforcement: Crater Lake National Park

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has approved a change to Oregon's occupational safety and health state plan, excluding private sector contractors at Crater Lake National Park from coverage, and will now exercise enforcement authority over these employers.
