FCC Receives OMB Approval for Electronic Filing of Multichannel Video and Cable Television Service Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to implement electronic filing for the Multichannel Video and Cable Television Service and the Cable Television Relay Service. This approval follows the publication of the final rule in the Federal Register on May 19, 2003, which includes four new forms: FCC Form 321, FCC Form 322, FCC Form 324, and FCC Form 327.
