Radio Broadcasting Services; Cimarron, NM Dismissal of Petition for Rule Making

Sierra Grande Broadcasting's petition to allot Channel 236C2 at Cimarron, New Mexico, as the community's first local aural transmission service has been dismissed due to conflicting proposals for Channel 296C1 and Channel 296A at Cimarron and Las Vegas, New Mexico, respectively. The Commission will not make an allotment to the community without an expression of interest.
