Radio Broadcasting Services; Fort Collins, Westcliffe & Wheat Ridge, CO - Rulemaking Action

The FCC has granted a petition to modify the license of Station KTCL in Fort Collins, Colorado, to substitute Channel 227C0 for Channel 227C and reallocate Channel 227C0 to Wheat Ridge, Colorado, as a first local service. The FCC also reallocated Channel 227A at Westcliffe, Colorado, to accommodate the new channel allocation.
