Radio Broadcasting Services; Fort Rucker, Ozark & Slocomb, AL - Request for Comments on Petition for Rulemaking

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Sytles Media Group, LLC and Styles Broadcasting of Dothan, Inc. to modify radio channel allocations in Alabama, including the substitution of Channel 26C3 for Channel 263A at Fort Rucker, and the reallotment of Channel 263C3 to Slocomb. The FCC will not consider competing expressions of interest for the use of Channel 263C3 at Slocomb or Channel 280C3 at Fort Rucker.
