Radio Broadcasting Services; Mount Sterling and Wilmington, OH

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Vernon R. Baldwin, Inc. to relocate the WKLN(FM) radio station from Wilmington, Ohio, to Mount Sterling, Ohio, providing the latter with its first local radio service, with the new site located approximately 9.4 miles south of Mount Sterling.
