FCC Denies Reconsideration of Subscriber List Information Order, Maintains Rules for Telecommunications Carriers

The Federal Communications Commission has denied petitions for reconsideration of the Subscriber List Information Order, which regulates the use of customer proprietary network information and other customer data by telecommunications carriers, and maintains rules governing complaint procedures, notification requirements, and unbundling requirements.
