Radio Broadcasting Services; Markham, Smiley, and Yoakum, TX - Channel 280A Allotment

The FCC has approved a report and order allotting Channel 280A to Smiley, Texas, as its first local aural transmission service, dismissing counterproposals from New Ulm Broadcasting Company and LBR Enterprises, Inc. The Mexican Government has also concurred with this allotment.
