FCC Seeks Comment on Proposed FM Allotment at Grand Portage, Minnesota

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposal by Cook County Broadcasting of Minnesota to allot Channel 274C at Grand Portage, Minnesota, as a second local service. The allotment would be located near the US-Canada border and require concurrence from the Government of Canada.
