FDA Extends Comment Period for Draft Risk Assessment of Streptogramin Resistance in Enterococcus faecium

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for a draft risk assessment on the impact of using streptogramin antimicrobials in animals on human enterococcal infections until February 23, 2005, in response to a request for an extension.
