FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Biotechnological/Biological Veterinary Medicinal Products

The FDA is releasing a draft guidance document for the veterinary industry on specifications for testing and acceptance of new biotechnological/biological veterinary medicinal products, developed by the International Cooperation on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Veterinary Medicinal Products (VICH). The document aims to provide general principles for setting uniform international specifications to support new marketing applications.
