FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Financial Disclosure Information from Clinical Investigators

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring clinical investigators in drug, biologic, and device marketing applications to disclose their financial interests, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
