FDA Announces Public Meeting on Prescription Drug User Fee Act

The FDA is hosting a public meeting to discuss the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA), whose legislative authority is set to expire in September 2007, and to solicit public comment and suggestions for the next PDUFA program.
