Request for Comment on the Status of Pyridoxamine

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that comments related to the status of pyridoxamine may be submitted until December 19, 2005. FDA is requesting comments in response to the submission of a citizen petition requesting, among other things, that the agency determine the status of pyridoxamine. All comments postmarked on or before December 19, 2005 will be accepted as part of the official record for this matter.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
