EPA Reopens Comment Period for Pesticide Container Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is reopening the comment period for a proposed rule on pesticide container design and residue removal requirements, allowing the public to provide input on new issues that have become available since the initial proposal in 1994.
