EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Nevada State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule from May 20, 2004, regarding the Nevada State Implementation Plan, Section 11, Ambient Air Quality Standards, to avoid confusion with a subsequent proposal to approve the rule as part of Clark County's New Source Review program.
