EPA Approves Ohio's Revised State Implementation Plan for Sulfur Dioxide Emissions, Redesignates Cuyahoga County to Attainment

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions, replacing federally imposed limits with state limits for several counties, including Cuyahoga County, which has been redesignated to attainment for SO2 emissions.
