Revision to the Hawaii State Implementation Plan

EPA is proposing to approve a revision to the Hawaii State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revision concerns the air quality surveillance network for particulate matter. We are proposing to approve this revision under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
