EPA Submits Proposed Clean Air Interstate Rule Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposed information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, to support its proposed Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR), which aims to reduce emissions of fine particulate matter and ozone pollution across state boundaries.
