Experimental Use Permit; Receipt of Application

This notice announces receipt of an application 67979-EUP-L from Syngenta Seeds, Inc. - Field Crops - NAFTA requesting an experimental use permit (EUP) for the plant-incorporated protectant Bacillus thuringiensis VIP3A insect control protein as expressed in events COT202 and COT203 cotton plants. The Agency has determined that the application may be of regional and national significance. Therefore, in accordance with 40 CFR 172.11(a), the Agency is soliciting comments on this application.
