National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Particulate Matter

In American Trucking Associations v. EPA, 175 F. 3d 1027 (D.C. Cir. 1999), the court vacated the PM 10 national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) that EPA adopted in 1997. Today's action removes the vacated 1997 PM 10 standards and related requirements from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
