EPA Announces Draft Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for Mahoning River Watershed in Ohio

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a draft document outlining the maximum amount of pollutants the Mahoning River can handle while meeting water quality standards, and is seeking public comment on the proposal, which was developed at the request of the State of Ohio to address water quality concerns in the region.
