EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Lawsuit Over Georgia Facility Permit

The US Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement agreement with two environmental groups to resolve a lawsuit over a permit issued to the Hercules, Inc. facility in Brunswick, Georgia, under the Clean Air Act.
