EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Lead-Based Paint Hazard Disclosure Requirements to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, which requires disclosure of lead-based paint hazards in residential properties, and is scheduled to expire on July 31, 2004.
