Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. Requests Time-Limited Pesticide Tolerances for Propiconazole

Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. has requested time-limited tolerances for combined residues of propiconazole and its metabolites on various crops, including corn, peanut, pineapple, and others, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA), with tolerances set to expire on November 30, 2008.
