EPA Provides Additional Information Supporting Clean Air Interstate Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made additional information available to support the proposed Clean Air Interstate Rule, which aims to reduce interstate transport of fine particulate matter and ozone. The new information includes a new modeling platform and revised state nitrogen oxide budgets.
