EPA Approves South Carolina's State Implementation Plan Revisions for Source Testing

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control's (SC DHEC) State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, which establish and standardize source testing requirements, and is also changing the title of Regulation 62.1 to reflect its general provisions.
