EPA Proposes Approval of Iowa's Revised 111(d) Plan for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised state plan for designated facilities in Iowa, which would adopt the Federally promulgated commercial and industrial solid waste incineration (CISWI) rule, effective October 3, 2003, to regulate existing CISWI units.
