EPA Stays and/or Defers Sanctions on Arizona Environmental Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final decision to delay or waive sanctions related to a proposed revision to the Arizona State Implementation Plan, specifically the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department portion, which was published in the Federal Register today.
