EPA Approves Virginia's RACT Plan for Washington Gas Company's NOx Emissions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to determine the reasonably available control technology (RACT) for controlling nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions from Washington Gas Company's Ravensworth Station in Fairfax County, Virginia. The EPA will approve the plan as a direct final rule without a prior proposal, unless it receives adverse comments.
