EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Information Collection for Cooling Water Intake Structures

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed new information collection, titled 'Phase III Cooling Water Intake Structures', as part of its compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. The proposed collection will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
