EPA to Require Manufacturers to Report on Chemical Production and Use

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will require certain manufacturers of chemicals, including importers, to submit a one-time report on their production and use of specific chemicals, as part of a final rule issued pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
