EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Plan for CIA and NRO

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Virginia's State Implementation Plan, which sets standards for controlling nitrogen oxides emissions from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) in Fairfax County, Virginia, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
