EPA Approves Michigan's NOx Emissions Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised plan by the state of Michigan to reduce oxides of nitrogen (NOx) emissions from large stationary sources, including power plants and industrial boilers, in compliance with a 2004 EPA rule.
