Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Final Rule for Bridge Closures in NYC

The US Coast Guard is setting a temporary final rule to allow bridge owners to close the Third Avenue Bridge, Madison Avenue Bridge, and Pulaski Bridge in New York City for short periods to accommodate the annual Five Borough Bike Tour, which takes place on May 2, 2004.
