U.S. Department of Justice Announces Plan to Develop Medium-Security Federal Correctional Institution in Southern West Virginia

The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, has submitted a notice of intent to prepare a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for the development of a medium-security federal correctional institution in southern West Virginia, an area previously identified for correctional facility development.
