Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Project: Free Clinic FTCA Program Deeming Application; Withdrawal

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is announcing the withdrawal of the 60 day FR notice published on August 27, 2004, FR Doc. 04-19681, for public comment on the proposed data collection project related to the Free Clinic Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Program deeming application. The notice is being withdrawn because the agency is requesting an emergency review and approval from OMB for the deeming application under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
