Proposed Collection; Requesting Comments on Form 8936, Qualified Plug-in Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit and Revenue Procedure 2022-42
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public comments on Form 8936, a qualified plug-in electric vehicle credit, and Revenue Procedure 2022-42, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden. The IRS is inviting comments from the general public and other federal agencies on these continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
