Alaska Native Claims Selection

As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that an appealable decision approving lands for conveyance pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act and the Haida Land Exchange Act of 1986 will be issued to Haida Corporation. The lands are located in T. 54 S., R. 63 E., and T. 56 S., R. 64 E., Copper River Meridian, in the vicinity of Sitka, Alaska, and contain approximately 63 acres. Notice of decision will also be published four times in the Juneau Empire.
