Eastern North Carolina Natural Gas Company Seeks Permit for 8-inch Natural Gas Pipeline in Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge

The Eastern North Carolina Natural Gas Company has submitted a permit application to construct an 8-inch natural gas pipeline through a 35-foot wide right-of-way in the Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, spanning approximately 0.4 miles and covering 1.77 acres, pending review by the Fish and Wildlife Service.
