Mescalero Apache Tribe Judgment Fund Distribution Plan Takes Effect

The United States Court of Federal Claims has approved a plan for the use and distribution of judgment funds awarded to the Mescalero Apache Tribe in Docket No. 92-403L, which became effective on March 20, 2004, following a judgment awarded on January 31, 2002, and appropriation on February 25, 2002.
