U.S. Department of the Interior and California Department of Water Resources Extend Review Period for Truckee River Operating Agreement

The U.S. Department of the Interior and California Department of Water Resources are extending the review period for the revised draft Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the Truckee River Operating Agreement until December 30, 2004, following the publication of public notices in the Federal Register on August 25, 2004.
